At Westlake Pro we guarantee the lowest price. Period. If you find a lower price from an authorized dealer, we will beat it. Guaranteed. Many manufacturers have minimum pricing policies. Some require that we sell at Unilateral Price, which means we are not allowed to discount. We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping in the US for all orders placed from this website. Heavy items that must go by freight will carry an additional charge, but 99% of our products ship free. Expedited shipping is always available, and orders ship the same day if received by us by 2:00PM West Coast US time. When shipping to Freight Forwarding services, payment must be made by Bank Transfer.

We pride ourselves on the best customer service in the business. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will do everything in our power to get it replaced, quickly and at no cost to you. We accept product returns up to 30 days from purchase. Read more for the entire Return Policy Here.

Yes, we ship worldwide and charge actual costs. There is no surcharge. You are responsible for any customs charges, duty, or other costs on arrival. We must declare the actual value of any good shipped internationally.

We will sometimes have new products that have been opened in order to demo them for a customer. While these products are essentially new, and carry a full manufacturer’s warranty, we sell them at Demo Special pricing. These specials will be listed on the site, but you’re welcome to call and see if your wish list item is available at Demo Special pricing!

Westlake Pro accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Personal check, cashier’s check, PayPal, Google Wallet, and bank wire. There is a 5–7 business day hold placed on all checks received. See our Terms and Conditions for more information.

We cannot accept payment by international credit card. Credit cards must be attached to a valid US address.

We collect sales tax for all orders that are shipped within California. A partial exemption from sales and use tax for Teleproduction or Other Postproduction Service Equipment is available to qualified persons. Please contact us for more details!
