The HEDD Type 30 is a special midfield monitor that meets the needs and demands of professional studio monitors. The Type 30 is an audio monitor that can be used in sophisticated studio spaces or broadcast-related equipment. This 3-way system configuration monitor works ideally for applications in a variety of fields. Two horizontally placed 7-inch woofers, a 5-inch woofer, a HEDD AMT tweeter, and a 4×300 watt amplifier drive ultra-wideband from 30Hz to 50kHz. Only this outstanding technical fact speaks for itself. During the development of Type 30, the acoustic precision produced by the group of components fascinated Hedd. It is the result of the extremely high fidelity when reproducing low and mid frequencies, and the production of the vivid, transparent high-frequency characteristics of HEDD AMT.
Like the two smaller studio monitors, the Type 30 is equipped with an input card system and XLR, RCA connectors that can receive the HEDD bridge modules we offer. These modules support the Dante, Ravenna Network / AES67 protocols as well as AES3 / EBU.
