The Earthworks FM360 is a 13″ cardioid condenser podium microphone with full gooseneck flex 

Since most fixed installations requiring amplified spoken word are not designed with sound in mind, the Earthworks FM360 gooseneck podium mic is an integrator’s ace in the hole for speech intelligibility. The FM360 FlexMic features a flat frequency response to 20kHz, excellent phase response for speech intelligibility and articulation, and 32dB rear rejection, to keep unwanted sounds sources out of the mic, as well as more gain before feedback. Taking into account the fact that heads have a tendency to turn when speaking, the near-perfect polar response of the FM360 provides exceptional coverage and freedom of movement. Whether speaking above, below or to either side of the microphone, every word will be reproduced with incredible clarity and intelligibility up to 90 degrees off-axis. This wider coverage also means that a single FM360 can be used to cover more than one speaker.

Construction

The FM360 features a slim yet sturdy 9/32″ (7 mm) gooseneck that stays put when adjusted, while providing low-profile sightlines. The gooseneck employs the latest innovations in flex material to virtually eliminate handling and movement noise. Additionally, a metal mesh windscreen coupled with layers of foam prevent loud pop-inducing bursts air from reaching the microphone. For outdoor events, an additional foam windscreen accessory (FMW2) is available to help eliminate noise from high-velocity winds. (Optional PMM1 permanent mount accessory available separately.)

Options

Earthworks FlexMic microphones are available in 13″, 19″, 23″ and 27″ lengths. Fully flexible and rigid center goosenecks are available. Available in cardioid or hypercardioid.
